The law of copyright has seen significant developments over recent years in the light of a series of important CJEU decisions in this field including  Infopaq, Painer, SAS Institute, Football Dataco and UsedSoft.   A solid understanding of these cases and their impact is essential to understanding how copyright works.

In addition, important legislative changes will require a reassessment of the importance of copyright in the field of applied art and industrial design and planned changes to the defences of fair dealing and other exceptions to copyright infringement will also impact on the extent to which copyright owners can protect the unauthorised use of their works.

Regsitration for the LES Seminar is now available. Please click here to download the registration form and preliminary programme.

Details of our speakers will be made available shortly.
