Note: Membership applications are subject to scrutiny and must be approved by Council (as explained on the Membership Information page). Debiting of payment would normally be deferred to give time for approval. However, where payment is debited prior to approval this is not to be construed as approval and, in the event that the application is not then approved, the payment will be returned as soon as possible.

Qualification for membership is explained on the Membership Information page and this applies to renewal as well as new applications. In the event that your circumstances have changed and no longer justify membership any debited payment will be returned as soon as possible.
